The cache is located at an island along the Mad River. It is a good cache for beginners and one to introduce muggles to caching, which is why I included stuff in the cache for non geocachers. The cache is in a pretty obvious spot, but splashing some leaves and sticks over it for camouflage is much appreciated. It is a located a little below the Tyler Spring Swimming Hole which has a rock jump, pool, rocky beach, and most years it has a dam. The view from the cache of the swimming hole is good, and even better when there is a nice rock dam. The cache is accessible in Late Spring-Fall. When the river is running low the cache should be easy to reach (terrain more like 2.5 but wanted to make sure non-premium geocachers could get it). However, the cache isn't available when the River is high, and when there is any sort of snow or ice. The river will reach above the cache a few times a year, it is very important you place it snuggled in. This all will help keep the cache dry all year.
