I was out for a leisurely paddle tonight out on Waterford Ponds. I noticed an open spot along the shore so I dropped a bison on my way by.
This cache is meant to be retrieved by boat, from the water. It may look like the cache can be retrieved from land, but I made sure that it will be quite difficult to do so. The slope is steep, you could easily slip and lose your footing, and you'll most likely end up in the water... you might as well be on the water, and dry in your boat. I stood up in my kayak with only the aid of the branch the cache was hung on to steady myself (as I heard muggles above me on the bridge yell "be careful!") A tool may help, but having someone else to stablize your boat may be more beneficial.
