This series can be done from no.1 uphill to the final cache and then back to the start or the other way round. It begins in Welham Green and crosses fields and through woodland with a bit of road walking in two places. We have seen red kites, buzzards, butterflies, bees, horses and not many people along the well marked footpaths. It is a walk we do regularly in the Covid-19 lockdown days. You could make it a circle by continuing from no. 11 along the footpath past the houses, then turn to go beside Brookmans Park golf course, down the hill to Brookmans Park village centre and back along the pavement and over the railway bridge to Welham Green where you started.
At the time of placing the cache there are some areas taped off here. The path needing to be taped off is to the right and left of the main path. The way the caches go is straight ahead (on the main path) after finding this one. So, duck undeer the tape and continue along. The path is perfectly okay and is not blocked off the other end.
