The JOE cache series was started by altosaxplayer, a member of the Tri-Cities Geocachers. The name JOE means "Just Off Exit". This series was started as an Interstate 70 equivalent to the "Loop to Loop" and I-81 cache series that was started in Nashville TN by cgeek. The JOE caches are placed no more than two tenths of a mile from the exit and the hint is a dead give away to the cache location. JOE caches are an easy way to pick up more cache finds while traveling.
I found a nice easy place to hide a cache for traveling cachers to find. There's a gravel pull-off area at GZ. It has room for some swag and small TBs. This cache is about five tenths of a mile from the exit. Sorry, it's a little out of range for a JOE, but it's easily accessible.
