Cache Note: Watch out for muggles! This is a pretty popular park due to it's many attributes. Updated cache location helps get you away from the majority of foot traffic, but you are a bit exposed.

Thank you for hunting down this cache on the League City GeoTour! We are excited about this location because Hometown Heroes Park is beloved by the League City community for its exciting recreational programs, annual festivals and events. The park provides a sense of community camaraderie along with opportunities for kids and adults to enjoy the activities they love.
New in 2023:
FOUR new sculptures created by local artists specifically for this park. See if you can find them all! (Wood carved Police dog, Wood carved Firefighter with dog, two metal dogs comprised of parts collected by our City public works, fleet and police departments).
New dog park with areas for both small dogs and large dogs; both include agility courses, seating for humans, and washing stations.
A 1.5 mile park trail loop made of composite material and maintained daily by park staff.
