This cache is hidden out at lower lowes dam off 421. I think the road is seasonal to traffic and the gate is closed from dec-April but it can be walked to year round. (You may need snowshoes for this depending on snowfall that year. This area is often used as a boat launch and fishing spot. If you walk past the dam you can take a beautiful hike down to trout pond.
