This cache is being placed in association with the NoVA Chapter of the Military Association of GeoCachers (MAGC). We normally have a monthly event nearby but those are on hold for the foreseeable future.
This is a simple cache compared to most of the others in this series and it should be a quick find for most geocachers. I hope you enjoy it. If you haven't found the others in the series, they are all fairly close by so I hope you have time to check them out.
You will need your own writing instrument. Parking is available on the street very close to GZ. Be stealthy and alert because it is close to a busy road, foot traffic and nearby residences. It is a few steps into the treeline so you might encounter poisonous plants, ticks, etc. It is available 24/7, but I recommend searching during daylight hours only.
CAUTION: This cache is guarded by a team of U.S. Marines. You are not a muggle, so don't be alarmed. They wil grant you access to the cache if you give them a sharp salute and tell them the correct password, which is "Semper Fidelis" (or "Semper Fi" if you're a Marine). "Semper Fidelis" is the Marine Corps motto and it is Latin for "Always Faithful". OORAH!
