Some History
The park was once a railway line called the Rosstown railway line. It ran from Elsternwick to Oakleigh. It was to transport goods from/to the sugar beat mill. The sugar mill was not a success and the railway line stopped being used, and quickly fell into disrepair as it was not maintained. The route is now all parks or roads.
The Park
This is a great community park as it has a children’s playground, exercise equipment, 2 ovals with a dog off leash oval, a baseball diamond, toilets, seating and cricket nets.
The Cache
The posted co-ords will take you to the first stage, which you will then need to find.

B= The number after the decimal point for the distance to Elsternwick.
Stage 2- S 37° 53.847 E 145° 02.428

C= Number of letters in the name of the Baseball club Divided by 16 minus 1.
D= number of words in the title of the park/reserve plus 1. (Include all 3 words)
To get to GZ you will need to work out a few more numbers.
E=DxA
F=B-D-A
G=D+1
Once you have worked that out you can find the cache at…
S 37° 5 (G-2). (E+F) E F E 145° 0A. D C (B+1)
S Coordinates add up to 36
E Coordinates add up to 24
The cache is a small round container. At the final location it can sometimes be overgrown and there can be bits of glass or rubbish. Please be mindfull at GZ.
