There is no cache at the published coordinates. To find this cache, first complete "The Mystery of the CGB" Adventure Lab, which begins at the suggested parking coordinates. When you have completed the Adventure Lab, you should have a good idea what the CGB is all about. If you have what it takes to become a member, visit the coordinates given after stage 5 and solve the final field puzzle.
Please note: this Adventure is meant to be challenging but attainable, and will require you to solve a puzzle at each of the five locations before moving to the next. If you do not enjoy puzzles, then this Adventure may not be for you. You may also need to access the internet en route, so please make sure your phones are well charged before setting off.
