Troll Under the Bridge? Traditional Cache

This is a cache and dash. I am a part of the local Boy Scout Troop 365 in Claysburg and I decided to do the Geocaching Merit Badge. This location means a lot to me because it is a local place that needs a geocache. (At least that is what I think.) The cache is located near the bridge. Be careful that the trolls under there don't let you find it. BYOP. Thanks
