Tolminski Kuk je z 2085 m najvišji vrh Spodnjih Bohinjskih gora, gorske verige, ki zapira Bohinj proti jugu in ga loči od Primorske. Z vrha pogled seže od Triglava do morja, kot na dlani so Komna in vrhovi nad dolino Triglavskih jezer, proti vzhodu so nanizani drugi vrhovi verige do Črne prsti, proti zahodu pa vzame dih pogled na Krn, Batognico in Rdeči rob. Na vrh vodijo poti z bohinjske in tolminske strani, vse je opisano v vodnikih in na hribi.net. Krožna tura s Planine Razor čez Škrbino in Zeleni vrh s povratkom mimo zaklada na Tolminskem Migovcu in Planine na Kalu je zame ena najlepših v Julijcih.
Zaklad je 470 ml Lock & Lock škatla. Skrita je na vrhu. V njej so dnevnik, svinčnik in šilček, za katere že veste, da naj ostanejo v zakladu. Prvi najditelj pa si bo lahko odnesel majhno neaktivirano sledljivo nagrado.

Tolminski Kuk (2085 m) is the highest summit of the Lower Bohinj Mountains chain, a mountain wall closing Bohinj valley to the south and separating it from Primorska region. From the summit, the vast view extends from Triglav to the Adriatic sea. You have Komna plateau and mountains above the Triglav Lakes Valley in the palm of your hand. To the east, other summits of the chain are lined along the ridge, while to the west, the view of Krn, Batognica and Rdeči rob is breathtaking. Tolminski Kuk can be reached from Bohinj or Tolmin side. Everything is explained in the guides and on hribi.net portal. Round trip from Planina Razor over Škrbina pass and Zeleni vrh with a descent over Tolminski Migovec (and the cache there) and Planina na Kalu is for me one of the most beautiful in the Julian Alps.
The cache is a 470 ml Lock & Lock box. It is hidden on the summit. In it, you will find the logbook, pencil and pencil sharpener that are meant to stay in the cache. First to find will be happy to retrieve a small unactivated trackable prize.
