This cache is a part of a series of Star Wars themed caches along the High Peak Trail. These caches are designed to be able to be found by cycling, walking, or (horse) riding and are available to most abilities. This cache highlights the Trandoshan bounty hunter, Bossk.
Bossk was a male Trandoshan bounty hunter, the son of Cradossk who was known for hunting Wookies. During the Clone Wars era, Bossk worked alongside other hunters Aurra Sing and Castas to mentor the orphaned son of Jango Fett - Boba. However, their scheme to kill Boba's loathed enemy, Mace Windu, resulted in both Bossk's and Boba's arrests. After a stint in prison, Bossk worked in Krayt's Claw, Fett's syndicate of bounty hunters, taking jobs for clients such as Otua Blank and Asajj Ventress. After the rise of the Empire, Bossk travelled to the Outer Rim planet of Lothal to collect the bounty on the Dug criminal Gronson Takkaro. During his trip, he also teamed up with a young Ezra Bridger to stop the corrupt Imperial Security Bureau officer, Lieutenant Jenkes. After the Battle of Hoth, Bossk would also be called upon by Darth Vader to find and capture the Millenium Falcon.

After Darth Vader dispatched the bounty hunters to track down the Millenium Falcon, Bossk was messaged via the holonet about a modified YT-1300 Corellian freighter having just been cleared to land on Saleucami. Bossk hissed his tongue and prepared the Hound's Tooth to jump to hyperspace, when more alerts came in for similar freighters who were seen clearing landing permits on Toydaria, Ilum, Lothal and Endor. Bossk grimaced, and jumped to hyperspace.
