This is a 58 stage mystery cache and embedded are 14 multi cache sites, each multicache site has between 3-5 stages. We have included a starting point for each site with visable coordinates in the waypoint section of the information hub. this will allow for flawless navagation to the starting point at each multi-cache site to begin each mini adventure. Complete each multi cache site to collect the clue hidden in the last stage of site to unlock the coordinates to the bonus cache. As mentioned the final stage at each multi cache site has a log and a hint to the Cobalt Cache, multi-cache sites 1,3,5,7,9,11 and 13 when aligned on the hint section of the deciphering key become a portion of the final coordinates and the other sites 2,4,6,8,10,12 and 14 are the other portion needed to reveal the true final 58th stage, The Cobalt Cache of this Mystery Puzzle.
Each multi cache contained within the large mystery puzzle is a fun mini adventure created to bring participants to and from notable locations in Cobalt and Coleman for the best experience while visiting. You will notice many of the best known spots to locals and should find plenty of photo opportunities, mini puzzles, devious waypoints, interactive geocache and red herrings with tradeable SWAG at every multi cache site.
Note: The waypoint coordinates in the multi cache sites are in hddd.ddddd position format. this format allows users to play using their maps app. found on most phones. for GPS users simply look in your setting under position format, select the Decimal Degrees format and your set. Please take caution to the accuracy of your smartphone application and use apps that avoid rounding entered coordinates.
Special tool: We have included a deciphering key in the pictures section of the Geocache information hub. This tool is used at every multi cache site embedded into this mystery cache and is used when reaching the ammo can stage on cache multi cache site. The ammo can is a red herring and is primarily for trading SWAG at each site for fun, The ammo can has a puzzle sticker on the exterior of the can and when players align the deciphering key correctly coordinates to the next stage appear. You will need to prepare your deciphering key, in advance, by saving the image then print and remove the highlighted squares and your ready for a day of adventure.
