**Peter Cassidy was born in 1782. He also served as a Huntingdon County Commissioner. Peter was elected as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He was also a member of the committee to establish Blair County.
**Edward McGraw was born in 1790. He was a member of the committee to establish Blair County. Edward was elected as the first Blair County Commissioner. He was the founder of East Freedom, Pennsylvania. He was also elected Director of the Blair County Almshouse.
