WELCOME to BIRCHRUNVILLE, a small unincorporated community in West Vincent Township in northern Chester County. Birchrunville lies along a small, swift stream called Birch Run that empties into French Creek between Sheeder and Wilson's Corner.. The Birchrunville Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.
“Downtown,” you will find the historic, Birchrunville general store building, now home of the local Post Office and a restaurant (as well as another geocache). The building was built in 1898, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
