I love finding more fun caches here in the valley, so I decided to go hide one too! I went out with LaserTrumpet to make the hide after spending the weekend building it in my grandpa's shop. Once you find it, hold onto the handle while pulling out the metal pin . . . don't drop too fast!
Just a short walk on a dirt footpath on the left at the trailhead. Although it is available in the winter, the terrain will be much harder if there's snow. Stay safe and be careful!
