This is a quick letterbox that begins at the back entrance to North Park near the posted coordinates. Park hours are from sunrise to sunset. Absolutely NO night caching!
This hike may not be suitable for very young children. It will take you on a narrow trail next to a creek and with small but somewhat steep changes in elevation. You may also want to bring a hiking stick to steady yourself if you anticipate sloppy trails or are not terribly sure-footed.
Trails may be muddy at certain times of year or if there have been recent rains, so please wear appropriate footwear. Bug spray might also be a good idea!
There is a rubber stamp inside this container. IT IS NOT SWAG! Please do not take it! Please bring a pen with you to sign the log.
There is no geocache/letterbox at the posted coordinates. You must find this letterbox/geocache by following the instructions below:
Ready? Let's go!
* Begin your hike at the trail head where you see this sign.

* When you come to a fork in the trail, go to the right and cross over the bridge.
* As soon as you step off the bridge, count out 30 steps. There you will see a trail that branches off to the right. Take this trail until you see the creek ahead of you and the trail turns to the left.
* Continue along the trail. You will soon see this area with a bunch of animal burrows.

* Once you pass the burrows, go down the slope, and then up the next one.
* Go over the series of slight dips in the trail, and then up and down the next slopes.
* When the trail levels out again, stop and look to your right. There are two larger trees nearby. The letterbox is hanging from the smaller tree that is between the two large ones.
