Geocache Description:



This cache is a long-overdue tribute to my late father-in-law. Tom always had a pocket full of change for when he’d meet his grandkids, cousins, nieces and nephews. He’d put his hand in his front pocket and shake it a bit so the kids would come around like pets hearing the can opener.

After his death a few years ago, we were tasked with cleaning out his home, and we found this very jar filled with coins. I’ve added some camo to recreate the image. I hope this inspires each of you to perform an act of kindness and remember the joy of a grandparent’s love.

The cache is a very short walk from the parking area and is well concealed. As always, please replace it as found.
