orient124: The geocache is gone. It was on a wooden picnic table. The NY State Thruway Authority removed all the wooden picnic tables and replaced them with wood and steel ones. They also remove all the tables before winter. I’ve hidden another cache at the rest area that is not on a picnic table and I will post for approval.
