Geocache Description:

EN: In front of Gallery 3,14, in Martićeva 31a in Zagreb, there is an interesting sculpture-fountain by Ivan Fijolić "Two palm trees on the island of happiness", awarded at the Triennial of Croatian Sculpture 2015.
The sculpture represents Ratko Petrić, whose departure is depicted as the discovery of water on Mars. It is a symbol of escape from the world and its restraints. Fijolić portrayed him in honor of his sculptural life and everything he did for Croatian sculpture and culture. The water that Petrić found on Mars symbolizes new life, that is, new creative potential and a source of new creative energy.
Shortly after the sculpture was completed, NASA confirmed that man had found water on Mars, and thus potential life.
During the Design District Zagreb 2017 event, a sculpture from Neven Bilić's cycle "Monstrance" was placed in front of Gallery 3,14.
The sculpture was placed in a rose garden on the extension of Zagreb's Martićeva Street, called the Little Vatican because the large residential building, by the architect Hugo Ehrlich from 1930, was commissioned by the Zagreb Archdiocese.
The editor-in-chief of the Croatian edition of National Geographic, Hrvoje Prćić, also remembered Ratko Petrić with the question: "Is this the first SF-shaped sculpture in Croatia?"

Dedicated to my friend and great geocacher, the first Spaceman in croatian geocaching, TP Spaceman!

I glavni urednik hrvatskog izdanja National Geographica, Hrvoje Prćić, prisjetio se Ratka Petrića uz pitanje: “Je li ovo prva postavljena SF-olika skluptura u Hrvatskoj?”

Posvećeno prijatelju i velikom geocacheru, prvom svemircu u hrvatskom geocachingu - TP Spaceman-u!
