This underpass was opened in 2010 to create easy and safe crossing of Buckley St and connection of the Steele Creek Trail on each side.
This is a busy and popular path and tunnel, that allows you to walk the whole way along Steele creek from Keilor Rd to the Maribyrnong River via the city views of Lily St or through Avondale Heights to the Tea Gardens.
Stealth is required due to the popularity of the path by walkers, joggers and cyclists.
There should be no reason to climb into the garden. It can reach the container by just leaning over the edge (just watch, the bushes can scratch).
Original container has been replaced with smaller size micro, and details updated.
