Jesus so loved the Greenbush neighborhood he hid a special cache so geocachers can search for and find at Trinity United Methodist church.
Built in 1892, this historic church was originally known as the Greenbush Chapel. Today it is known as Trinity United Methodist Church and welcomes everyone and anyone.
Not only is this a Church, but they share their space with the community, including The Boy Scouts Troop 11, First Korean UMC, various musical instrument lessons, and even the neighborhood election polling place just to name a few.
While I am not a member of this church, I am a neighbor and friend of the church. When I asked the Pastor and the Church congregation about placing a cache on the property, I did not even have to explain what Geocaching was, they knew, and they thought it was a great idea. In fact, they said they couldn't believe they had never thought of it before!
Please be respectful when searching for this cache. The cache is in an area away from church neighbors. You will not have to go climb on anything or go on any landscaping. This cache is even wheelchair accessible.
Please put everything back how you find it so the cache can stay stealthy and not noticed by muggles or other geocachers.
Plenty of free street parking and it is only a few blocks from Madison's free Henry Vilas Zoo.
