When Called2Care & I are roadtripping, we enjoy stopping at state lines to snap a photo for our memory book. Of course, it's always a bonus when a geocache is nearby for us to find.
For us, geocaching roadtrips consists heavily of county caching. Sometimes we will divert off the optimal route in a quest for a new county. This cache is located inside Catoosa County, Georgia by mere inches. Beware: Various geocaching stat sites may have conflicting opinions what county a cache is located if it's close to a county border. If you're a county cacher wanting to cross off Catoosa County, I do not recommend using this cache for the above reason.
But I digress! For those who share my interest in state lines, I've made things very convenient with this hide. Parking for several vehicles safely off the busy roadway.
