Apperances are deceiving, this modern looking church is the oldest church building in Epping. The URC have met in Epping on the same site since 1625, originally in an old barn or malting house and later in dedicted church buildings, the oldest confirmed purpose bulit building was construced in 1774. The oldest portion of the current building was built in 1845 and was originally a school room. The majority of the building you see now was built in the 90's and the new building opened in 1997.
