Close to this spot is my favorite view of Paris, from the top of the hill where 15 and 24 intersect.
This was actually what I saw when I visited Paris for the first time and I remember being impressed.
The drive into town from the north is particularly impressive at night during the Holidays.
Finding this cache is the easy part.
Signing the log will prove the challenge.

Do not park on US-24.
