This fork between two parking lots is a high muggle area...maintain your cool! (though that ship may have sailed if you're wearing a sailor hat...)
There's also abundant parking, picnic tables, outhouses (who doesn't appreciate caches with nearby bathrooms, amiright?) and pretty lake views.
I imagine in the winter you'd be able to walk/snowshoe in along this road.
