Park in the boat launch parking lot, grab your picnic lunch and take the stairway down to the path below. There are picnic tables all along this path which eventually, if you were to walk it, leads to the public beach side beyond the gazebo or the other way, to the rocky beach past the boat launch (that side is dog friendly). This cache is hidden mere steps from the path so be very, very stealthy! Hide it as well or better than you found it (without obvious geopiles) and don't make your footsteps obvious!
