Discovered this trail area while heading in to hike at Lake Georgetown and couldn't resist exploring it. Your hike will be in a cedar forest and with few exceptions will be in the shade. the trail is a fairly flat with a gentle decent toward Lake Georgetown, but the trail is rugged. An experienced Mountain biker would have an easy time, but a geocacher riding a bike could find the trail a little challenging. I spent some 5 hours exploring the area and didn't meet a single person, but I did spook some wildlife. If you are looking for a place for some peace and quiet, heres the spot.
