Afin de respecter les exigences de l'OFSP / SAC, j'enregistrerai les noms, adresses et numéros de téléphone complets de chaque participant. Si vous n'êtes pas disposé à fournir ces informations, vous ne serez malheureusement pas autorisé à assister à cet événement. Je n'utiliserai ces données que pour soutenir les autorités, si une chaîne d'infection doit être identifiée. Après 14 jours, je supprimerai cette liste.
J'ai créé un concept de protection qui garantit que les règles d'éloignement et d'hygiène peuvent être respectées. J'appliquerai ce concept lors de l'événement.
Chaque participant est responsable de sa santé et de sa protection. Portez un masque si vous le jugez nécessaire, ainsi que de quoi de désinfecter les mains. Gardez les distances entre les participants.

In order to adhere to the requirements of the FOPH/BAG I will register the full names, addresses and telephone numbers of every participant. If you are not willing to provide this information, you will sadly not be allowed to attend this event. I will only use this data to support the authorities, should an infection chain need to be identified. After 14 days, I will delete this list.
I have created a protection concept which ensures that the distancing and hygiene rules can be fulfilled. I will enforce this concept during the event.
Each participant is responsible for their health and protection. Wear a mask if you deem it necessary, as well as what to disinfect the hands. Keep the distance between participants.

Pour vous inscrire, rien de plus simple: faites un log de type "Will Attend" / "Participera" qui signifie que vous avez l'intention de venir.
Une fois l'event passé, n'oubliez pas de faire un second log de type "Attended" / "A participé" qui signifie que vous étiez présent. Cela ajoutera une cache trouvée à votre compteur géocaching.
Pensez aussi à loguer les objets voyageurs pris ou vus lors de l'event.

To register, nothing more easy: make a log "Will Attend" which means that you intend to come.
Once the event has passed, do not forget to make a second log "Attended" which means that you were present. This will add a cache found to your geocaching counter.
Also remember to log the travel bugs taken or seen during the event.
