This is the bonus cache of the 'Littlehampton Seaside Stroll' Adventure Lab!
The cache is not at published coordinates but can be found within a short walk from them!
The Geocaching Adventure Lab app is a new way for geocachers to find and log Lab Caches.
Lab Caches are an experimental geocache type often played at Mega-Events. These caches count towards your geocaching statistics and total finds. In contrast to other cache types, Lab Caches are not required to have a container and can also be located indoors. This allows Lab Cache owners to innovate and test new ideas to make geocaching even more fun!
This Adventure Lab will take you to 5 tourist spots of Littlehampton, which is home to superb sandy award-winning beaches, a bustling marina and stunning contemporary architecture. The fast flowing River Arun divides East and West Beaches and there is always something to watch and enjoy, even if its' just soaking up that fresh air and sunshine.
You'll collect numbers for the bonus as you go at the end you will have all the information for the bonus cache. The bonus is placed to the West of Littlehampton so you may wish to start to the East (Mewsbrook Park) and work your way towards the bonus.
The walk is around 2.5 miles(3.7km) and can be completed in around 1 hour.
The terrain is easy going and suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
As you walk along you will find a few cafes at several of the locations if you wish to grab a light bite or some refreshments.
Pay parking is available along the seafront in the car parks, free parking can be found on the roads around the area.
