Professor Maine Freeme is a forgetful old fellow these days and again, has forgotten the location of where he hid his box of old computer parts - you know, the sort of bits that won't work on modern computers. Being of the old school of computing he uses none of the new fangled USB memory sticks, floppy disks or any of that modern stuff. As well as punched paper tape, he still uses punched cards to store some of his notes.
Unfortunately, it's his punched card reader that's broken this time and why he needs his box of tools... Can you help him read the punched card containing the location of the tool box?
He mumbled something about it using the IBM 029 Code Hollerith system... I guess that'll make sense to some.

In order to create this cache entry I wrote a few lines of code to create the punched card. it was written with it being placed on a web page in mind... so here it is, the Magnificent Punched Card Emulator! You too can now create your own punched card messages (though they'll need to be displayed using a fixed width font if you're going to cut and paste them elsewhere)!
