The cache is NOT located at the posted coordinates. You will be stopping here during the "Chasin' that Neon Rainbow" Adventure Lab, but the bonus cache is NOT at this location. The final location is accessible at night, consistent with the theme of the Adventure Lab.
By the time you find the bonus, you've learned about neon lights in history, as well as in our area. This description includes a few additional images of neon lights.

The 1910 Paris Motor Show was the first illuminated by neon lights. Amazingly, the photographer Léon Gimpel photographed the Grand Palais, where the Show was held, at night and in color.

In 1923, the first neon signs appeared in the US when auto dealer Earle C. Anthony purchased two signs from Georges Claude and his French company for Anthony's Packard dealership in Los Angeles. Although color photographs of these signs apparently do not exist, re-creations suggest that they may have been blue.
This cache is only big enough for a log, so BYOP. Hope you enjoyed Chasin' that Neon Rainbow and keep your eye out for more vintage neon signs!
