I decided a few weeks ago it was time to start hiding geocaches, instead of just searching for them, and today when I found a whole drawer full Alberta keychains and swag from when I lived in Calgary it seemed like the perfect time to create and hide a cache - hence the name "Alberta Days"! My sons and I have been walking in this area since we moved here a few years ago, and one of them picked the area for the hide today.
As this is my first cache, I'm a little concerned about having the coordinates right and have not made it difficult to find. Any feedback about the coordinates will be greatly appreciated. I had my teenage son double check the coordinates by following them himself, so I believe they are accurate. A quick walk down the pole-line should take you to it.
Cache is a camo-taped peanut butter jar, containing a log book, Alberta themed swag and one of my Newfoundland Staycation Trackables at time of hiding.
