Kennon hill is a bit of an overlooked part of the moor as there are more spectacular locations. But it gives good views of the surrounding moor and is close to reasonable paths. However it is covered in a lot of gorse, so I have suggested a possible approach point for a gorse-free route. You'll be pleased to hear that the cache isn't hidden in the gorse! The cache is a 30 mL sample tube, but be reassured that there aren't many hiding places around here!
This cache is on the moor, and although it is not that remote, sensible clothing for rapidly changing weather conditions, plus a map and compass are advised.
