In order to figure out the correct coordinates, you're going to have to figure out what the following symbols mean.
Alright. About the cache. It is hidden on the side of a road that can get busy at times, but there is plenty of room to pull off the road right near the cache. Make sure to pull off the road completely. Just be careful when pulling off and back on the road and always watch for vehicles.
