Muggle friend & I decided to take a ride out this way to see how has changed in the 40+ years since I lived here.. I grew up in this area and we had many fun times along the Wabash River....good fishing, boating, picnics, and parties.
When I lived here the river was a beautiful flowing river until severe flooding caused a new route and now we have an Oxbow...
As driving these back roads, decided needed a cache here... so walked a trail down towards the river..
As these areas flood, I placed the cache way above flood line... But you may not be able to get to this cache in the Spring if flooding occurs, so use caution and return at another time... Also, please return cache as found to keep safe and available for all... and return log in separate pill bottle to keep dry.. Thanks
