I've always enjoyed this sculpture and little park area in Lewiston. Park across the street and take the pedestrian bridge over. There are benches nearby, a swimming dock, and a few signs talking about the history of the area. Bathrooms and drinking fountains are located at the parking area. Coords bounce around a bit due to the trees. The hint should narrow down your search.
