In the spring of 2020 I did an exploratory hike in "north Ministik" looking for what looked like a possible trail in satellite shots. I eventually found the trail and it's a good one, except that it's a bit disconnected: it starts on the far side of a slough about 150 m north of Township Rd 510 and after 2 km ends at a gate to private property at northmost edge of this section of the Ministik. To get started, in the winter you can walk over the frozen slough to the trailhead. In all other seasons you'll need to skirt around the edge of that wet area to get to the trailhead. The animals seem to love this trail so you'll probably find a well-defined game trail starting from the road.

And since the animals like it,  you can bet, in season, the hunters like it too. I've seen two hunters' perches in the area and there are probably more I didn't notice, so in season please be aware of hunters in the area.

All the cache hides in this mini-series are small containers hidden in a truly winter-friendly way. They should be easy finds and I'd wager you'll see at least a couple from the trail.
