Here is a quick guide:
Step 1 - Download "Adventure Lab" app by Groundspeak Inc. on your smart phone.
Step 2 - Log in using your geocaching username and password.
Step 3 - Explore the map to find adventures nearby.
Step 4 - Physically visit up to 5 locations of one adventure. Take your time to enjoy the places and the info provided by the cache owner.
Step 5 - Answer a question at each location.
Step 6 - Have great time while exploring.
Step 7 - Repeat Steps 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7...
