Shiraz Passage is a street with adjacent walkover in Beachtown. The walkover is complete with a horse shoe game which hasn't been played in some time and a ramp. There is also a lookout across the street if you are so inclined. The cache shouldn't be too hard as there aren't many places to hide, just have a seat on the steps. Watch for muggles here and please replace it like you found it. Have fun!
