Welcome to a short multi that takes you to a few interesting spots in Forest Grove.
It’s about one mile from the posted coordinates to the last waypoint, and about two miles further to the final, which is at N 45° 32.ABC W 123° 06.DEF
The posted coordinates will bring you a large flag and memorial that honors local military veterans as well as veterinarians at the Forest Grove Veterinary Clinic. In the top paragraph of the memorial, below the date:
C = the last word of the second line.
E = number of letters in the 4th word of the 5th line.
Waypoint 1 is a sculpture of a man sitting on a bench outside the City of Forest Grove Police station. He is reading a newspaper that contains the text of a News-Times story about the Local Workers Act of 1976 which allowed for the building of the library. There is something in his jacket pocket.

Waypoint 2 is the “Oregon is Magic” mural. It is part of the Oregon Tourism Commission’s “Oregon - Slightly Exaggerated” Project. Forest Grove was selected as one of seven communities to receive a professional mural as part of the project. This one honors the region's award-winning wineries.
There are three utility plates in the sidewalk near the mural. You need the one near the curb that is closest to the middle of the mural. It is about 15” x 24”. Look at the single word in the center of the plate.

Waypoint 3 is at the American Legion hall, a nonprofit organization of U.S. war veterans. To the right of the front door is a wall with a drop box slot with a sign over it.
