This cache has been placed for the BTSF Community Celebration event.
Since Halloween is just around the corner, I decided to place this somewhat creepy cache in the woods of Sterling Forest. This is one of a few caches placed along Papa's Trail, which begins near the parking area. Check the gallery for a map of Sterling Forest.
The hide is only a short distance off the trail and is accessible without bushwhacking. It may be findable in winter depending on conditions. It is in one of a couple of geo-obvious spots.
Although the area is open year-round, we recommend staying away during mud season to preserve both the trails and your car.
