The posted coordinates will take you to a monument placed in memory of the victims of infantile paralysis in the United States. There is parking very close to the monument, both for viewing and the monument, and for walking on the Quiet Path across the street.
After viewing the monument, you must do some simple arithmetic to find the final. Notice the date on the bottom of the inscription: VERMONT ABCD, where ABCD is the 4-digit date. For the North coordinate decimals, subtract the digit "A" from the posted coordinates. For the West coordinate decimals, subtract 525 from BCD.
The container is a regular-sized lock&lock, and will not be winter friendly. In warmer months, there may be just a few thorny plants near the cache. The cache is not beyond the electric fence. There are farm animals beyond the fence, so pleased don't try to cross it!
