The village green in Histon is a focal point of the village. The stream passing through at this point widens to create a pond like affect. There are many ducks and some geese to be found along with other native waterbirds. The area is close to the local Junior School and several public houses and shops. There is limited parking at The Green. There is a Public Car park sign posted in the High Street.
The cache has been placed on the green, so there will generally be people of all ages about and stealth may well be required to retrieve and replace the cache.
