This spot stradles the border of Williams and Fulton counties. Williams is to the west and Fulton is to the east.
At first glance, you might think that all this cache has to offer is a smiley and the county border. But there's actually quite a lot of pretty things around.
There's lots of beans and beams nearby. There are plenty of bean fields nearby and Bean Creek (Tiffin River) is just a little to the northwest. There are also lots of beams nearby. Like in the Lockport Covered Bridge about 1/2 mile to the west. Or just imagine how many beams could come from some of the giant trees in Goll Woods, just 1/2 mile to the east. Goll woods is an extremely rare virgin forest. Oh yes, and one more beam...the one that holds this cache.
Congrats to Team Maltese for the FTF!
