Geocache Description:

This is for anyone who has read or watched Harry Potter as I'm sure they love the Whomping Willow tree. I regularly pass this very much smaller version as I run along the coastal path and it always reminds me of it trying to annihilate Ron's car! 🚙 🌳 The cache is something Harry tried to eat on his train journey with Ron until it escaped. This is a nano cache so bring your tweezers and wand with you!

When retrieving the cache, please try to pull the tube section and not the creature in top and then please replace the cache in exactly the same spot so others can also have the pleasure of finding it too. Happy hunting⚡️💫 🧙🏻‍♂️💫⚡️

Parking: you can either drive down to Wern y Wylan and park so as to be very near the cache (only space for 5 cars) Or you could park at Llanddona car park and walk the coastal path (not recommend for small children, buggies or those not sound on their feet as there is a high walking wall to negotiate) Or the third option is to park at Red Warf Bay and walk the easier route along the coastal path.
