1. Count the total number of bolts holding the horizontal boards to the vertical supports on only one of the barricades. Take the total number of bolts + 5 and consider that two digit number to be AB.
2. Count the total number of orange squares(diamonds) attached to all of the horizontal boards. Double that number and consider it to be C.
3. Add ABC to the posted WEST coordinates.
4. Count the total number of horizonal boards on all the barricades and subtract the total number of yellow caution lights. Consider that number to be X.
5. Add XX to the posted NORTH coordinates.
