We are TeamBulldawg and have recently adopted this cache. The original description is listed below. Thanks to the original CO who got this one going and kept it up. Please note that the US Coast Guard no longer uses this area for GPS Training.
|This is a nice easy walk. Paved parking lot available. Binoculars provided.
This site doesn't get the amount of visitors it should. If you don't know the walk is there you wouldn't find it by chance. People of all ages should enjoy this short and educational walk. The view is very nice.
Take time to find out what wildlife on a marsh hammock is really like!
The cache contents, of course change over time, but We will try to keep them worth the trip and the area itself is well worth the trip.
