I have seen this species of tree growing in many parts of Nebraska and Kansas but to see one this far south was a total surprise. Some say they look simplar to an Oak, others say they are more like Mesquite. It's really hard to say whose correct. I just had to put this cache here so you may see this unique tree for yourself.
