Der Kaladakia Strand liegt im Südwesten der Insel Samos, im Bereich von Marathonkampus. Die kleine versteckte Bucht ist etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto über einen betonierten Weg erreichbar. Der feine Kiesstrand ist in den Sommermonaten mit Liegen und einer kleinen Taverne ausgestattet und bietet zu jeder Jahreszeit ein wirklich malerisches Ambiente.
Der Kaladakia Cave befindet sich am östlichen Ende des Strandes. Der Eingang ist durch teilweise hüfthohes Wasser fußläufig über die Felsen erreichbar. Wer es noch abenteurlicher mag, kann bei ruhigem Seegang auch schwimmender Weise versuchen in die Höhle zu gelangen, bzw später wieder hinaus.
Im Innern bietet sich durch das aus dem Wasser einfallenden Licht eine wunderschöne Kulisse.
Der Cache ist eine schwarze GC Box (small) und befindet sich IN der Höhle, aber nicht im Wasser. Schaut euch das Spoilerbild an, damit sollte es nicht zu kompliziert sein das Ziel zu erreichen. (Die Koordinaten lokalisieren lediglich die Höhle)
Bitte passt auf euch auf! Insbesondere bei bei höherem Wellengang ist erhöhte Vorsicht bzw. auch ein Abbruch der Suche angesagt. Felsen könnten glatt sein, daher sind Badeschuhe von Vorteil.
Bitte die Box wieder an den gleichen Ort platzieren und auf Muggel achten!

You will find the Kaladakia beach in the southwest of the island, close to Marathonkampus. It is possible to reach the small hidden bay by car, using a concrete road. The magical small pebble beach ist organiced with sunbeds and a small Tavern in summertime, but for sure it is very interesting to visit this place, all over the year.
You will find the Kaladakia Cave on the east end of the beach. You have two choices to get into the cave. First, you can enter it by walking trough the water and climb in over some small rocks. Secound, for more adventure you can swim into the cave from the waterside.
A magical atmosphere is waiting for you in the cave. Swimming is possible
The cachebox is placed IN the cave, but not in the water! Look at the spoiler pic to find the box. The coordinates showing you just the location of the Cave. Please be careful to climb or to swim in or out of the cave. I recommend not to look for the cache if the waves are to strong. Protective watershoes should be helpful !
Please take the box back on the same place and watch out the muggles.
